Izaiah Jackson

Izaiah Jackson is a DFW native and graduate of Lebanon Trail High School in Frisco, Texas. A standout outfielder, Izaiah earned Team Defensive MVP honors while developing a reputation for his athleticism, work ethic, and leadership both on and off the field.
 

Following high school, Izaiah continued his baseball career at Xavier University of Louisiana, where he was a member of the university’s inaugural baseball team following the program’s return after a 60-year absence. As a freshman, he earned the start in left field during Xavier’s first win of the modern era, becoming part of a historic milestone in the program’s resurgence.
 

A four-year student-athlete and member of the Class of 2024, Izaiah helped lay the foundation for the rebirth of Xavier Baseball while competing through the program’s transition from the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference (GCAC) to the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). During his collegiate career, he earned recognition on both the GCAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll and RRAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the classroom as well as on the field.
 

Today, Coach Izaiah brings his collegiate playing experience, passion for the game, and dedication to player development to the next generation of athletes. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, accountability, effort, and continuous growth while helping young players develop both as baseball players and as young men. His goal is to create a positive, competitive environment where athletes learn the value of teamwork, character, and pursuing excellence in everything they do.
