Jayden Ayala

Coach Jay brings a strong playing background and a passion for developing athletes to every team he coaches. He played for the Cooperstown Cobras and Fossil Ridge High School in Keller, Texas, where he was a three-year varsity player and gained valuable experience competing at a high level. During his time at Fossil Ridge, he developed a strong foundation in the game, playing shortstop and contributing as a pitcher.
After high school, Coach Jay continued his baseball career at Luna Community College in New Mexico, where he spent two years further refining his skills and understanding of the game. He later transferred to Wiley College in East Texas, where he played shortstop and competed at the collegiate level.
As a coach, Jay believes in player development through hard work, respect, and a winning mentality. He is committed to helping players grow their skills, build confidence, and learn the importance of discipline, teamwork, and accountability—preparing them for success both on the field and beyond.
